General Questions

Is there a dress code to play laser tag (open shoes, sandals)?

We do require clothing! We also highly recommend that you do not wear open-toed shoes. Under no circumstances can anyone play laser tag barefoot. Remember that the arena is black lit, so white or bright-colored clothing will glow, and darker clothes will help you stay out of enemy sight!

Do I need a reservation to play?

No. Our games are first come first served. We do take reservations for groups of 15 or more and a deposit is required.

Is there an age limit to play laser tag?

ULTRAZONE is appropriate for anyone at least 7 to 70 years old. Kids 5 and 6 may play if accompanied by an adult.

Will other people be playing in our laser tag game?

All of our games of laser tag are public games during business hours. Private events can be arranged during non-business hours and on Monday evenings.

Where do I put my purse and other person items?

Yes! We provide lockers for a cost of $.25. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

How long is a typical game of laser tag?

A typical game of laser tag lasts 25 minutes.

Can we bring in outside food?

We do not allow any outside food or drink except for a birthday cake during reserved parties. Please NO ice cream cakes.

Can we bring in our own food or have it delivered?

Our birthday party packages include pizza and beverages.

What if my child has food allergies?

Please discuss this with your party coordinator when reserving your party.

What should we bring on the day of the laser tag party?

Our parties are all-inclusive. We take care of absolutely everything. Just bring the kids, cake and your camera!

How long does a laser tag party last?

Our parties last just under 2 hours.

Will we be playing private games with our birthday party group?

All of our party games are public.

Do you provide goodie bags?

We do not, however, each guest receives a small gift from ULTRAZONE.
